I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

If you want to reset your password, you can do it using iTraq Mobile App or Portal page.

To reset password using Mobile App follow steps below:

1. Open iTraq Mobile App and tap "LOG IN".

2. Tap "Forget your password".

3. Enter your email address and tap "SEND".

4. Check your inbox for the password reset email.

5. Click on the URL provided in the email and enter a new password.

To reset password using Portal page follow steps below:

1. Visit  https://portal.itraq.com/login/reset.

2. Enter your email address.

3. Click "Reset".

3. Check your inbox for the password reset email.

4. Click on the URL provided in the email and enter new password.

Note: if you logged in via Facebook, this link will not work (and it is not required). If you registered the iTraq Mobile App through Facebook, continue logging in via Facebook.
